Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

All ItsWhisky plans include a free trial period — 14 days for The Rise and The Tier, and 7 days for The Crest. No credit card is required to start a trial. You will not be charged during your trial period. If you do not add a payment method before your trial ends, your account will move to an inactive state. Your data remains safe and you can reactivate at any time.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Once cancelled, you will not be charged again. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual), after which your account moves to inactive status. We do not offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

3. Refunds

ItsWhisky does not offer refunds on subscription fees that have already been charged, except in the following circumstances: (a) you were charged in error due to a technical fault on our end; (b) you were charged after a cancellation was confirmed; or (c) your account experienced a significant service outage that materially prevented you from using the platform. To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us at hello@itswhisky.com within 7 days of the charge.

4. Annual Plans

If you purchase an annual plan and wish to cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the 12-month period. We do not offer partial refunds for the remaining months on an annual plan, except where required by applicable law.

5. Founding Members

Founding Member benefits, including lifetime discounted pricing, are tied to maintaining an active subscription. If a Founding Member cancels their subscription, their Founding Member pricing is forfeited permanently. If they resubscribe, they will be charged at the standard rate applicable at the time of resubscription.

6. Account Deletion

If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed. Account deletion does not automatically trigger a refund of any subscription fees. Cancellation of your subscription must be completed separately before deleting your account if you wish to avoid future charges.
