ItsWhisky is available across the Caribbean. During registration you select your island, and the platform adapts to your local context — including public holidays, parish/region fields, and Caribbean-relevant business advice.

ItsWhisky is a web-based platform that works on any device — phones, tablets, and desktop. You don't need to download anything. Just open your browser and log in.

Create your account in under 2 minutes — just your name, island, and email. You'll be taken straight to your dashboard where you can start managing orders immediately.

None at all. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use ItsWhisky. Everything is designed to be straightforward and easy to navigate.

Yes. Every plan comes with a free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to your plan's features during the trial period.

Rise and Tier plans come with a 14-day free trial. The Crest plan comes with a 7-day free trial.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings.

ItsWhisky has three plans — The Rise at $14.95/month, The Tier at $27.95/month, and The Crest at $44.95/month. All prices are in USD. Annual billing saves you the equivalent of 2 months.

Payments are processed securely online. You'll be prompted to enter your card details at the end of your free trial.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You won't be charged after cancellation and your account remains active until the end of your billing period.

Your price is locked for as long as you stay subscribed on the same plan. We will always give advance notice before any pricing changes.

You'll receive a reminder before your trial ends. If you don't add a payment method, your account will move to an inactive state — your data is safe and you can reactivate any time.

Order Management lets you track every order from the first enquiry to delivery. You can set due dates, update statuses, add client notes, and see everything in one organised view.

You enter your ingredient costs, quantities, and time, and ItsWhisky tells you exactly what each bake costs to make and what you should be charging to make a profit. No more guessing.

Yes. You can generate branded invoices in seconds and send them via WhatsApp or email directly from the platform. You can mark invoices as paid with one tap.

The Marketplace is a public directory of ItsWhisky bakers. Your storefront lets customers find you, see your products, and contact you directly — giving you visibility beyond your existing audience.

ItsWhisky tracks Caribbean public holidays and peak baking seasons and sends you alerts so you can plan capacity, take orders early, and never miss a busy period.

The AI Assistant is a built-in chatbot that helps you with anything baking-business related — pricing questions, recipe ideas, how to handle a difficult client, how to use platform features, and more.

The Lounge is the ItsWhisky community — a space where bakers connect, share, ask questions, and support each other. Available on The Crest plan.

The Social Media Toolkit helps you create content for your baking business — captions, post ideas, and scheduling prompts tailored to your brand. Available on The Tier and Crest plans.

Yes. Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers and is never sold or shared with third parties. All data is protected by Row Level Security — meaning only you can access your own records.

Yes. You can permanently delete your account from your Settings page under the Danger Zone section. This action is irreversible and removes all your data.

No. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never stored on ItsWhisky servers.

Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase infrastructure, with encryption at rest and in transit. All connections are secured via TLS.

Founding Members are the first 30 bakers who join ItsWhisky during the 48-hour launch window. They receive permanent lifetime benefits that stay on their account for as long as they're subscribed.

No. The Founding Member programme is only available during the 48-hour launch window and is limited to 30 spots. Once those spots are filled or the window closes, the programme ends permanently.
